Are you visiting San Cristóbal Island? We’d love to meet you!
The Club Lobo de Mar is the heart of table tennis in the Galápagos. We are a non-profit community club dedicated to training local children and youth. Whether you are a pro player, a hobbyist, or just looking to connect with the local community, our doors are open.
1. Come Play with Us
Don't be shy! If you want to sweat a little and challenge our local talents, feel free to drop by during our training hours. It’s a great way to experience the real island vibe beyond the tours.
Where: Coliseo Cerrado (Sports Coliseum), Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.
When: Mon-Fri from 4 PM to 7 PM.
Cost: Free! (Though donations are greatly appreciated).
2. Support the Club (Pack for a Purpose)
Getting professional sports gear to the Galápagos is difficult and expensive. If you have space in your luggage, you can make a huge difference.
We are currently looking for:
🏓 Table tennis balls (3-star ITTF approved preferred).
🟥⬛ Rubbers (New or gently used).
👕 Sportswear for the kids.
🖌️ Racket glue or cleaners.
Are you a Coach? If you are a certified coach or experienced player, let us know! We love organizing "Guest Masterclasses" for our kids.
